Is the machine really free?
Yes. You pay for the oil supply only. The machine, retail up to $595, is included in the same box at $0. It is not a loan and it is not a rental. Once your supply is paid, it is yours.
What if I cancel the monthly plan early?
Within 30 days, return everything and you owe nothing. After 30 days, if you stop before the final payment, the machine is billed at its retail price, which you see here and again at checkout. Finish the payments and there is nothing more to pay, ever.
Does anything renew?
No. The pay-once option is one payment. The monthly plan stops by itself after the last bottle. If you want more oil later, buy it whenever you like with your 20% owner discount, or join the optional membership and cancel it any time.
Can I change scents later?
Yes. The machine takes any of the six AURESSEN oils. Owners buy any bottle at 20% off.
Will it be too strong or too weak?
Intensity is set on the machine. Each machine is rated for its room honestly. If the room is bigger than the rating, pick the next size up. Coverage is listed on every card above.
Is it safe around kids and pets?
No heat, no water, no flame. The machine turns pure fragrance oil into a dry mist. Set a schedule and keep it at the low setting in rooms where pets sleep.
