Every AURESSEN machine is built to be the last diffuser you buy. We stand behind that, and for our members, we stand behind it forever.

Lifetime warranty, for members

Keep an active AURESSEN oil membership, and your diffuser is covered for life. Not one year. Not two. For as long as you're with us.

  • Anything goes wrong, ever, a pump wears, a nozzle misbehaves, a light flickers, we repair it or replace the machine outright, free.
  • No receipts, no interrogations. Write to Client Care, tell us what happened, and we make it right.
  • Every machine you own is covered while your membership is active, not just the first.

Cancel anytime. Truly.

Membership is a standing invitation, never a cage. You can pause or cancel your oil deliveries whenever you wish, no fees, no phone-call gauntlet, no guilt.

The only thing that changes: lifetime protection travels with membership. If you cancel, your diffuser simply returns to our standard 2-year warranty (counted from your delivery date). Rejoin later, and lifetime coverage resumes with your membership, we'll welcome you back like you never left.

Every AURESSEN diffuser carries a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, double the industry standard, whether you subscribe or not.

30 days. No questions asked.

Live with your machine for a full month. If it isn't everything we promised, for any reason, or no reason at all, send it back within 30 days for a complete refund. We won't ask you to explain.

The fine print, kept humane

  • Warranty covers the machine and its engineering. It doesn't cover lost devices or deliberate damage, though if something unusual happens, talk to us anyway. We're reasonable people.
  • Repairs and replacements ship free, with tracking, both ways.
  • Claims and returns: message Client Care in the chat on any page, or reply to your order email. A member of the team follows up personally.

We designed this policy the way we design our machines: quietly generous, with nothing to hide.
