These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Auressen website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

You must be 18 or older to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Products and Availability

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment processing is handled securely through third-party processors.

4. Orders and Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

You can cancel or change an order at any time before it ships by emailing hello@auressen.com. After it ships, our 30-day return policy applies.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping costs and timing are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other factors beyond our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund terms are outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

7. Warranty

Every AURESSEN machine is covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Members with an active Scent Plan or oil membership are covered for as long as the membership is active, as outlined in our Refund Policy and The AURESSEN Promise. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Auressen and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auressen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Auressen harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these Terms.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website or services.

12. Force Majeure

Auressen is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, pandemic, public health emergencies, supplier failure, or government restrictions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our products or website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Either party may seek relief in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Auressen.
