30-Day Home Trial

Experience Auressen in your space for 30 days. Use it. Live with it. If it does not exceed your expectations, return it for a full refund. We cover return shipping.

Your system may be used during the trial period. It must be clean, in original packaging, and include all components and accessories.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your system arrives damaged or with a defect, contact hello@auressen.com within 7 days with a photo.

We will ship a replacement immediately—no need to return the damaged unit. Shipping is complimentary.

Lifetime Warranty

Auressen systems are guaranteed for life against defects in materials and craftsmanship. This covers the motor, atomizer, PCB, power system, and casing. If your system fails due to a manufacturing defect at any point, we will replace it.

Accidental damage is not covered, though our team is happy to assist with repair options. Fragrance refills and consumable components are excluded.
