Refund policy

30-Day Home Trial

Live with your machine for 30 days. Use it. If it is not what we promised, for any reason, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked. This applies to machines and oils alike.

How to return

Email hello@auressen.com with your order number. We send you a prepaid return label. Pack the item in its original packaging with its accessories and drop it off. That is all.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return arriving.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Email hello@auressen.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We ship a replacement immediately. You do not need to return the damaged unit.

Warranty

Every AURESSEN machine carries a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Members with an active Scent Plan or oil membership are covered for life, for as long as the membership is active. If the machine fails, we repair it or replace it, free, with shipping paid both ways. Accidental damage and consumable parts are not covered. The full terms are on The AURESSEN Promise page.
