We ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost

• Machines ship for $9.95.
• Oil orders ship for $4.95.
• Orders of $350 or more ship free.

Timing

Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our US warehouse. Delivery takes 3–7 business days. You receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Complimentary Rover

Orders of $650 or more include a complimentary Rover ($100 value). It is added to your cart automatically when your order qualifies.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@auressen.com within 7 days with a photo. We ship a replacement right away. You do not need to send the damaged unit back.
