How do I choose the right diffuser?

The Rover is designed for personal spaces — your car, desk, or travel bag. The Pod scents a single room up to 300 sq ft. The Suite covers a full living area up to 600 sq ft. The Estate fills an open-plan home up to 1,000 sq ft.

How long does each fragrance last?

Each 120ml bottle lasts approximately 2–3 months at moderate intensity. Actual lifespan varies with your diffuser model, room size, and intensity setting.

Are opened fragrances returnable?

Fragrances and oils that have been opened are final sale for hygiene reasons. All diffusers may be returned within 30 days in original condition. All final sale items are clearly marked before checkout.

When will I receive my order?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking via email as soon as your order ships.

Is AURESSEN safe for pets and children?

Our cold-air diffusion technology uses no water and no heat, producing only a dry nano-mist of essential oils. There are no open flames, hot surfaces, or standing water. We recommend keeping diffusers out of direct reach of small children and consulting your vet for homes with birds or exotic pets.
