How long does the battery last on a full charge?

Varies by model: 16 hours (The Rover & The Pod), 7 days (The Suite), or 14 days (Estate Series).

How long does a bottle of oil last?

Two to three months of daily use in its rated space, depending on intensity. The machine sips, it doesn't gulp.

Will it be too strong? Too weak?

Intensity is adjustable, and every machine is rated honestly for its space. A Suite in a bedroom will be generous; in a warehouse, polite.

Is monthly maintenance complicated?

The first thing I noticed was the weight. I know that sounds weird but after years of ordering diffusers that feel like they came out of a happy meal, picking this up was like oh... ok this is a real thing. The packaging was beautiful too, felt like opening something from a jewelry store not an Amazon box. Very impressed so far.

Got this for my wife for Christmas and she literally teared up lol. The whole presentation of it, the box, the way everything is laid out inside, it just feels special.
