Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the removed or disabled content and where it appeared before removal.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the US, the jurisdiction of the federal court located where PawPrintz operates) and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA Notice.
Repeat Infringers
PawPrintz reserves the right to terminate accounts or block users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
